• Stainless Steel: 0.3mm – 0.8mm
• Aluminum: 0.5mm – 2mm
• Mild Steel: 0.5mm – 1.5mm

Minimum/Maximum Blank Diameter: 76.2mm – 609.6 (3inches – 24inches)

Minimum/Maximum Depth of Draw: 6mm –250mm (0.24inches – 9.8inches)

Tolerances: +/- 0.3mm

Volumes:

• Minimum order size undertaken: 1000 pieces
• Maximum production capacity depends on component designs. We have supplied upto 210000 units/month for product sizes ranging from 5” to 11” circle diameters
